Tax Lien Certificates: State Law Updates

 

Learn about important changes to tax lien certificate processes in your investment state.   As you know state court decisions and legislative updates can change constantly.  This section will include any changes to tax lien certificate sale, auction, notification, foreclosure and redemption procedures as we become aware of them. If significant changes to the rules and regulations of the following tax lien certificate states occur we will post an article relating to such changes.  The following tax lien states are included: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia.

You should select the revenue or taxation agency that is detailed in the state sections of the course material. (NOTE: Your agency contacts are detailed in the Attorney's Step-by-Step Guide to Investing in Tax Lien Certificates).  Select the appropriate agency and begin following the instructions and suggestions found in the course.
